At Unlet Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

Customers in the UAE may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required
  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Clearance / sale items
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Amount will be returned to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank, processing time may vary

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Product Photos
  • Short description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect item received

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
